Steps

In a blender add the Sabudana and churn until smooth as a powder. One needs to churn quite a few times. Strain and churn again to reach a smooth texture. Add sendha salt and stir one more time.

Add 1/2 cup milk to it. Keep stirring and in another bowl add the rest of the milk and bring it to boil.

Keep stirring until it boils and add vanilla essence, stir it. Add the Sabudana slurry slowly to the milk and stir it.

Add saffron dipped water to the milk and keep stirring. Stir till the milk is thick.

Add another 2 tbsp of the Sabudana slurry to the milk and stir. Set aside and add butter to keep forming a malai.

In serving bowls add bananas, apples, cherries and fruits of your choice.

Pour the milk slowly and garnish with dry fruit and dried rose petals. Enjoy the delicious custard with family and friends.
