Ingredients

  • 300 gm Rava
  • 25 gm .refined oil
  • 2tsp .butter
  • 1Carrot
  • 4 beans
  • 1 capsicum
  • 1onion, tomato
  • 3.green chilli
  • as required .karipatha
  • as required.peas fresh
  • 1.potato
  • as per needed hing few
  • as required water
  • as required.coriander leaves
  • as per taste salt

Steps

30minutes.
  1. 1

    First with the help of butter fry into golden brown your rava and keep aside...dry roast only.take vessel pour refined oil and make tadka for this rava uppuma. Pour black,rai uraddal,channadal few or quarter spoon and drop some hing and karipatha let them after fry

    Mix your onion first let them come into,golden brown and solely add other remaining vegetables let them,cook into soft way, then add your boiling water 2and half cup slowly let them boil,finally add your rosted rava mix everything

  3. 3

    The batter should be boiled and cooked nicely add some butter is required last and decorate with coriander leave This vegetables rava uppuma have a,side dish of vegetables sambar, chutney(narial) your wish...good healthy breakfast....
