In a pressure cooker,take all the mutton keema in it add chana dal,ginger-garlic paste, green cardamom,red chilli powder,black pepper powder, Black cardamom, cinnmon stick,cloves, Bay leaves,poppy seeds and kewra water. lastly one glass of water so that everythings mix well.

Mix all of them and cooked it in pressure cooker for at least 15 mins with 3 whistles.

After that, open the cooker and dry all excess water and put in a plate and let them cool.

Then after that, blend the keema mixture in a blender into smooth.

Lastly add, green chillies,coriander leaves, egg and mix them properly.Now give a kabab shape, patty shape or any shape you like.

Finally, deep fry it or even shallow fry.

Your "lucknow ke kabab" is ready to serve hot.
