Ingredients

  1. Marination
  2. 300 gmpaneer
  3. 1/2 cuphung curd
  4. 2 tbspRoasted besan
  5. 2 tbsp Soaked musk melon& soaked cashew paste
  6. 1 tbsp turmeric
  7. 2 tbsp kashmiri red chilli
  8. 2 tbsp ginger and chili paste
  9. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  10. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  11. 1&1/2 tsp garam masala
  12. 2small size lemon juice
  13. to tasteSalt according
  14. 1&1/2 tsp mustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan. Add besan and slightly roast in medium flame

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add hung curd, salt, chily powder, coriander powder, ginger and chily paste, garam masala, roasted cumin powder, garam masala, mustard oil, muskmelon &cashew paste and roasted besan and turmeric mix all together

    Now cut paneer cut into big piece and add to the paste and give a gentle stir and in keep in fridge for half an hour until paneer marinate properly

    Soak skewer for half an hour and arrange paneer pieces

  5. 5

    Pre heat grill pan and apply butter and grill paneer in medium flame from al sides
