We love any kind of meat cooked on the grill or griddle.

In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients except the cornstarch.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
Pour 1/4 cup of the teriyaki sauce over the pork chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. - 2
Dissolve the cornstarch in the remaining sauce. Pour into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until it thickens to the right consistency—it should not be too runny or too thick.

Heat a steel griddle or grill pan over the stove. Sear and cook the pork chops on both sides.
Brush a little of the sauce over the chops as they cook. - 4
Once cooked, serve immediately with a little extra sauce.
