Knead a semi soft dough with maida,salt,onion seeds,coriander leaves and 1tbsp ghee. Let it sit 5 minutes.

Roll medium thickness chapati, apply some ghee and dry flour then fold as shown below.

Now roll it again gently without much pressure and cook by applying ghee to both sides till crispy. Yummy lachha paratha is ready to serve hot.
