Ingredients

  • 1 bowlmaida / all-purpose flour
  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • 1 tspajwain/carrom seeds
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/3 tspchilli flakes
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 2 1/2 bowlwater
  • 2 tbsprice bran oil

    In maida put all ingredients mix well.

    Now add little by little water to prepare thin barter.The consistency of the barter should not very thick not very thin.keep it for rest for ten min.

    Heat tawa or flat pan.Sprinkle half tsp oil in the pan. Now pour two full laddles of barter over the pan & give a round shape. At this stage flame should be medium.

    Sprinkle one tsp oil over the dosa.Once the barter dried out flip it to another side and cook till becomes crispy.

    Your yummy crispy dosa is ready to eat. Eat with any dip.
