Leftover Rice Cutlet
Steps
- 1
Take leftover boiled rice in bowl. Mash it with spatula or hands.
- 2
Now add rice flour, corn flour, boiled and mashed potato, finely chopped coriander, bell pepper, onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder, salt and mix it well and make it like a dough. Now dough is ready to use.
- 3
Now grease palm with oil. Make patties of any shape whatever you want. Patties should not be very thick because we have to shallow fry them and make sure they are thin.
- 4
Now take oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, fry them on medium high flame. Flip them couple of times. Fry them until golden brown and crisp. Take out from the oil, place the stick on cutlets and serve them hot with green chutney.
