Cabbage Manchurian
Steps

Grate cabbage in a bowl or finely chopped it

Add red chilli powder, garam masala salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and maida and make a dough

Do small proportion and make a balls.

Heat the oil in medium flame and fry until golden.

Take out the balls and once again fry it in high flame for crunchy texture.

For gravy : take a vok / fry pan

Add garlic, green chiili.saute it for a min. add onion and capsicum. saute it for another min

Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, ketchup,mix it add black pepper bit salt

Add water as per consistency and corn flour.Give a mix

Turn off the flame,add balls in gravy. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.
