Ingredients

  • 2 cupCabbage /pattagobi grated
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder /red chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 4 tbspMaida/All-purpose Flour
  • as neededOil
  • 1 tbspGarlic cloves chopped
  • 1 tbspGreen chillies
  • 1 tbspOnion
  • 1 tbspCapsicum
  • 2 tbspRed chilli sauce
  • 1 tspSoya sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato Ketchup
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder
  • handfulSpring onion
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1 tspCorn flour
  • as neededWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Grate cabbage in a bowl or finely chopped it

  2. 2

    Add red chilli powder, garam masala salt, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and maida and make a dough

  3. 3

    Do small proportion and make a balls.

  4. 4

    Heat the oil in medium flame and fry until golden.

  5. 5

    Take out the balls and once again fry it in high flame for crunchy texture.

  6. 6

    For gravy : take a vok / fry pan

  7. 7

    Add garlic, green chiili.saute it for a min. add onion and capsicum. saute it for another min

  8. 8

    Add red chilli sauce, soya sauce, ketchup,mix it add black pepper bit salt

  9. 9

    Add water as per consistency and corn flour.Give a mix

  10. 10

    Turn off the flame,add balls in gravy. Garnish it with spring onion and serve hot.
