Ingredients

  • 1 cupcoriander chopped
  • 1/3 cuponion chopped
  • 2 tspgarlic chopped
  • 1/4 cupcarrot chopped
  • 1/4 cupvery finely chopped cauliflower
  • 5 cupwater
  • 2 tbsplemon juice
  • as per taste Salt
  • 2 tspgreen chilli chopped
  • 2 tbspCornflour + 3 tbsp water(optional)

    Heat oil in a pan add onion, garlic & green chilli sauté it well

    Add Carrot & cauliflower & cooked it well then add water & make boil

    Once it boil add lemon juice, salt, coriander & cornflour + water & cook it well & serve hot
