Wash dry dates and soak it in water adding the juice of 2 lemons. Cover and keep overnight.

Next day drain out water from dates and give a vertical cut in dry dates and remove seed from it.

Now mix all ingredients, add little lemon juice stuff this mixture in dates.

Chill it and serve.

Instead of stuffing, the next day, strain dates and cut them into slices, and allow it to dry partly. Mix all ingredients, do not add lemon juice. Mix sliced dates and masala and relish it.
