Ingredients

  1. 250 grams yam (suran Cut into slice)
  2. 1 tspred chilli powder
  3. 1 tspturmeric powder
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. as neededOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 15 minutes

    Heat oil on tawa or pan..... And shallow fry the Yam chips...

  3. 3

    Serve with sauce or any chutney
