  1. For kadhai masala
  2. 2 tspcoriander seeds
  3. 1 tspcumin/jeera
  4. 1/2 tspblck pepper
  5. 3dried kashmiri red chilli
  6. FORONION TOMATO PASTE:-
  7. 2 tspoil
  8. 3 clovesgralic crushed
  9. 1 inchginger chopped
  10. 2tomato finely chopped
  11. ForKADHAI PANEER GRAVY:
  12. 1 tbspbutter
  13. 1bay leaf/tej patta
  14. 1green chilli
  15. 1 tspkasuri methi
  16. 1/2onion;
  17. 1capsicum
  18. 1/2 tspturmeric
  19. 1/2 tspred chilli kashmiri powder
  20. 1 cupwater
  21. 12 cubespanner
  22. 2 tbspcream
  23. 1 spoongaram masala
  24. 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Saute ½ onion petals and ½ cubed capsicum.

  2. 2

    Add ¼ tsp turmeric and ½ tsp chilli powder.

  3. 3

    Further add blended tomato-onion paste and mix well.

  4. 4

    In addition, add prepared kadai masala and 1 tsp salt.

  5. 5

    Cook till the masala paste starts to release oil.
    now add ½ to 1 cup water adjusting consistency as required.

    Add 12 cubes homemade paneer, 2 tbsp cream and mix gently.

  7. 7

    Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Add ¼ tsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander leaves. mix well.

    And at last ; serve restaurant-style kadai paneer gravy hot with garlic naan or chapati.
