  1. 1 cupboiled basmati rice
  2. 1/4 tspTurmeric Powder
  3. 1 tspoil
  4. 2 tspbutter
  5. 1 tspcumin / jeera
  6. 1/2onion, sliced
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 1carrot, chopped
  9. 2 tbsppeas
  10. 5beans, chopped
  11. 3/4 tspsalt
  12. 2tomato, finely chopped
  13. 2 1/4 tsppav bhaji masala
  14. 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  15. 1potato, boiled & cube
  16. 2 tbspcoriander, finely chopped
  17. 1 tbsplemon juice
  18. 50 gms paneer
  19. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadai heat 2 tsp butter and saute 1 tsp cumin until it turns aromatic.

    Now add ½ onion and 1 tsp ginger garlic paste. saute well.

    Keeping the flame on medium add, 1 carrot, 2 tbsp peas, 5 beans and ½ tsp salt.

    Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegetables are cooked slightly.

    Now add 2 tomatoes and saute until the tomato turn soft and mushy.

  6. 6

    Furthermore add 2 tsp pav bhaji masala and ¼ tsp chilli powder.

    Saute until the oil is released from the masala paste.

    Now add in cooked rice.

    Mix gently without breaking rice.

    Add in 2 tbsp coriander and 1 tbsp lemon juice. mix well.

    Finally, serve mumbai tawa pulao with raita.
