Ingredients

Egg: 1 (or 2 egg yolks)
3 tbspSugar
1 tbspWhite flour
2 tspCocoa
150 mlMilk

Steps

Combine the egg, sugar, cocoa, and flour in a heatproof bowl.

Mix well, then add milk.

Strain with a tea strainer, microwave for 2 minutes, then 1 more minute. If it still doesn't thicken, microwave for another minute and mix.
