Hull the strawberries, put in a heatproof bowl, wrap, microwave for 2 minutes, then crush with a fork.

Add the cream cheese and microwave for 20 seconds to melt.

Remove from the microwave, add the honey, sugar, and skimmed milk, combine well and it's done.
