Combine the egg, sugar, and flour in a heatproof bowl.

Add milk and strain.

Microwave for 2 minutes. Add instant coffee and mix well.

Microwave for another minute and mix. Microwave for one more minute and mix.

This is useful in many ways such as spreading between sliced castella cakes.

I spread the cream on bread dough and rolled it.
