A wonderful ganache without couverture chocolate to accompany our creations during fasting. If we put it in a jar, it can easily be eaten as vegan chocolate spread.

A wonderful ganache without couverture chocolate to accompany our creations during fasting. If we put it in a jar, it can easily be eaten as vegan chocolate spread.

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly.

If you want it to cool quickly, put it in a mixer and beat for 3 minutes. Otherwise, cover it with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap touches the surface to prevent a skin from forming, and let it cool slightly.

Use it on cakes, tortes, or anything else you desire.
