Maggie Medu Vada

Cooking Instructions

Boil water add maggie spice maker in it.when water started boiling add nooldles in it cook till water absorbs and noodles becomes soft.

Let maggie cool. Spread in the large plate for cooling fastly.

Add rice flour, black pepper, finely chopped onion and currey leaves and salt in maggie.

Mix it well and mash it lightly. Make a dough.

Now heat kadhai and add oil in it. Let it heat nicely

Wet your palms with water and pick a small piece from dough give round shape..wet palms again if necessary. And give a vada shape

Add vada in oil and deep fry from both the sides crispy and golden brown in colour.

Remove vadas from oil. keep it on tissue paper for while.

Serve this vadas with chutany and sambhar.beleive me it's really superr in taste.
