Ingredients

4 servings

6 tbspOyster sauce
6 tbspToasted sesame seeds
3 tbspPonzu
1 tbspSugar
1 tbspDoubanjiang
1 tspGrated garlic
1 tspGrated ginger
1 tbspSesame oil

Grind the roasted sesame seeds in a mortar, add the rest of ingredients, and mix. When serving, dilute the sauce a little with the soup from the hot pot.
