Ingredients

  1. 2 cupbesan(gram flour)
  2. 1 cupchopped vegetables (onion, tomato, capsicum)
  3. 2 tbspwheat flour
  4. to taste salt and red chilli powder
  5. 2 tspCoriander leaves chopped
  6. As neededcooking oil
  7. As neededwater
  8. 3 tspbutter

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add besan, wheat flour chopped vegetable and spices, mix well.

    Add water and make a smooth soft dough.

  3. 3

    Now heat tawa, spread little ghee with spoon now roll chapati and add on tawa.Now cooked both side like paratha.

    Cooked it until crispy both sides.Serve hot with butter.

    You can also serve with tea
