  • 10 gpine nuts
  • 1 canchickpeas in brine
  • 30 gfresh basil
  • 20 ggrated parmesan cheese
  • 30 mlolive oil

    Toast the pine nuts in a pan.

  2. 2

    In a blender at the toasted pine nuts, chickpeas with a quarter of the brine, fresh basil, grated parmesan cheese and olive oil. Blend until desired consistency.
