Boil the spaghetti with oil. Once the water is hot, add the spaghetti (I like to stir it slowly so it stays whole).

Blend the chipotle, sour cream, juice, and chopped tomato (you can add milk and optional tomato bouillon).

Chop the sausages.

In a saucepan, add oil and the sausages. Once they are almost golden, add the drained spaghetti.

Stir and add the sauce we made, season with salt, and mix.
