  • 1 litremilk
  • 10 tspsugar
  • 1 cupsooji
  • 1 tbspghee
  • handfulkismish/raisins
  • 1 pinchbaking soda

  1. 1

    Boil milk and until it gets thick consistency

    Add sugar and baking powder

    On the other side heat a pan with ghee and fry suji

    Add 5 tsp sugar and water with it

    Prepared suji bowl from the halwa

    Now serve the rabri in suji bowl and decorate with kishmish.
