First, we will roast sesame seeds for 1 minute not browning it just a bit roasted aroma is around we will remove it. Besides grease a board with some ghee.

Now take a pan add ghee set the flame on medium then add the grated jaggery keep stirring to avoid lumps let it melt nicely then check dropping a little in a cup of water just check if it’s breaking in pieces it’s perfect consistency while checking off the flame to avoid cooking further.

Now add sesame seeds coat all seeds in melted jaggery now pop it on a greased board then just touch wet hand dipped in water it helps in managing it to roll over further using a greased rolling pin roll it thinly.

Then mark chopping marks as per desired shapes or squares are better, remove it after 5 minutes & it’s ready.

This can be stored in an air-tight container for about 2 weeks. Enjoy the delicious sesame/till gud ki chikki.
