Ingredients

  1. 3garlic cloves
  2. 1 handfulspring onion
  3. 2eggs
  4. 4 handfulsrice
  5. 2 tablespoonssesame oil or vegetable oil
  6. 1 teaspoonmsg
  7. 1 1/2table spoons soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    First chop the garlic until it’s fine and chop the spring onion lightly

  2. 2

    Put the oil in the wok and put it on high heat until the oil starts smoking.

  3. 3

    Turn down the heat to medium and put in all the garlic and mix until the garlic is lightly browned.

  4. 4

    Put in the spring onion and mix it with the garlic, then add the eggs and scramble them.

  5. 5

    Add the rice and soy sauce and mix it all together then add the msg and optional spices, when it’s all nicely mixed it’s done.
