Firstly take a pan heat it up and saute all the veggies just a little bit saute then add boil potatoes mix it well.

Add all masala to the pan and mix it well now transfer our masala to another Bowl cool it completely then bid small bowls. take another Bowl to add suji, curd salt eno, and mix it well now take the appam maker to pour 1/2 tsp suji batter into the appam maker then put it 1 masala ball cover 1/2 tsp of better to the appam maker now cover the appam maker bake appam to 2 minutes.

Now remove the lid to the appam. Maker turn our appam, bake 1 more mins transfer to the plate and enjoy with sambar or peanut chutney it's too yummy 😋😋😋
