In a heavy bottom pan add ghee and mawa cook for 15 mins constantly or until it turns brown (dark brown). If needed add ghee in between. Then transfer it in a plate and keep stirring.

When the mawa comes to room temperature almost add rock sugar powder, Cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and mix it.

When the mixture takes a dough shape make peras out of it and roll it on more rock sugar powder. And it's ready.

Note: you can adjust sweetness as per your preference.
