Steps
- 1
First of all, gather all the ingredients. In a mixing bowl, first mix all the dry ingredients. Then add ginger, garlic and chilly paste and chopped fenugreek leaves.
- 2
Mix all the ingredients and knead a tight dough by using water for puris. Apply some oil on the dough and keep it aside 20-30 mins.
- 3
After 30 mins again knead the dough for a couple of mins. Take a small lemon size dough and roll it in the shape of a circle.
- 4
Meanwhile, heat a oil in a kadai. Roll all the doughs in the shape of a puri.
- 5
Now one by one drop all the puris in the hot oil and fry both the sides till it puffs up and becomes nice crisp and brown in colour.
- 6
And you crispy methi masala puri is ready to serve. Serve hot with tea, chutney or with your favorite sabji.
