I used my classic recipe of many Victoria sponge cake

Very lovely fun activity for kids during lock down ... We baked the cake at night and played with mixing colours and dividing the batter. Then in the morning we cut them as slices and started to decorate. What I love about it that it was easy for the kids to do them independently. By the way, theirs are much better than mine 😂
