Place the spinach in a pan and steam until it is tender.

Once the spinach has cooled, blend it in a mixer with the green chilies and garlic to make a paste.

Heat the oil in a pan, then add the cumin seeds and dried red chili to temper. Add the spinach paste and sauté for 10 minutes.

After the paste is cooked, add the paneer and cook on low heat for another 10 minutes.

Your palak paneer is ready to serve.
