Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/2kilo firm tofu, cut into cubes
  2. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  3. oil, for frying
  4. 1medium onion quartered
  5. 1medium red bell peppers cut into strip
  6. 1large tomato cut into Strip
  7. 1 StalkSquash Flower
  8. 1 stalkpechay (spinach)
  9. 3 tablespoonsoyster sauce
  10. 1 CupWater
  11. Salt and Pepper
  12. Sugar to taste

Steps

17 minutes
  1. 1

    In a preheated medium pan, fry tofu cubes until golden brown then set aside

  2. 2

    In a separate pan, saute onion, bell pepper in oil. Cook for 5 minutes then add tomato, spinach squash flower.

  3. 3

    Add the oyster sauce, water and sugar. Let it simmer for 5 minutes again. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tofu cubes before serving.
