Ingredients

20 minute
1 bowl
  1. 200 gmscoriander cleaned, washed and chopped
  2. 2 tbsppeanuts
  3. 4 clovesgarlic chopped big cloves, if small then use 8-10
  4. 1 tspcumin seeds
  5. 1green chili chopped
  6. 4 tbspoil
  7. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  8. to tastesalt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a mini processor or chopper or a mortar pestle, add chopped coriander, garlic, green chili, peanuts, cumin seeds and salt.

    Grind it coarsely as shown.

    Remove in a bowl. Make a small well in the center.

    Heat the oil in a pan till sizzling hot. Add aforesaid to it.

    Pour the sizzling hot over the chutney in the well made.
