Roasted Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  1. 1 canchickpeas
  2. 2tbspoons of tahini
  3. 3tbspoons of olive oil
  4. 2tbspoons of lemon juice
  5. 1whole bulb of roasted garlic
  6. sea salt to taste
  7. ground pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove chickpeas from can, rinse with cold water, remove skin (optional) for a smoother texture. Place chickpeas and all other ingredients in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Garnish with olive oil, whole chickpeas, cloves of toasted garlic and sumac.
