Soya Paneer Masala

Firstly soak soya keema in boiled water for 10 minutes. Strain it, again soak in cold water for 5 minutes.

Again strain it, squeeze it, keep aside.

Take a wok or pan, add oil, heat it.

Add whole garam masala, sauté it for a while.

Now add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, sauté it for a while.

Add brown onion paste, stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.

Add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, also add lil water, stir fry it at high flame till oil has oozed out.

Add salt & tomato, give a stir, cover it again, cook it at low flame till oil separates.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder & fresh cream, stir it nicely.

Cover it again, cook it at low flame till oil has oozed out.

Add 1/2 cup water, increase the flame, give a boil.

Lower the flame now, add paneer & soya keema, give a stir.

Cover it with the lid, cook it till saucy consistency. Do not stir frequently.

Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.

Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.

Have it with Roti or Paratha.
