In a kadai add oil heat it and the add onions and green chillies and sauté them nicely.

Now add all veggies and now add all spices into it and mix it nicely and cook on a low flame until all veggies cooked nicely.

Here all veggies tender nicely mix it and remove from gas and garnish with some chopped Coriander leaves and serve with roti. ENJOY!
