Cut the chicken in slices / Add the yogurt - lemon juice - white vinegar - all the spices listed in the chicken cooking section - minced garlic and the olive oil / Let it rest from 30 to 45 minutes.

Put 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and fry the chicken mixture already prepared.

On each tortilla bread add garlic paste - chili paste (optional) - sliced pickles (optional) - chicken and roll it!

Peel the potatoes skin / Cut in slices and let them boil for 15 minutes / Drain and let it cool for 5 minutes / Add 3 tablespoons of flour (optional - recommended for crunch) - 2 pinchs of salt / Mix and rest for 2 minutes / Fry them up!

For the side vegetables, cut the tomatoes in thin slices - the cucumbers round shaped and slice the pickles.

Press the sandwiches in the panini press grill for 1 minute / Remove cut in half.

In a large rounded tray, add the tortilla shawarma sandwiches around the tray / Add the potatoe fries to the center. You can also add a small bowl of garlic to the center too. Try it you won't regret!
