Wash your butternut and peal then slice into desired shapes

Cut onion and crush ginger

Bring your oil to heat then add onion and ginger

Stir until golden brown and add salt, tumeric and curry powder

Add your butternut, dhania and milk and let it cook for 20 minutes.
