Soft and perfect Instant Gulab Jamun
Cooking Instructions

In bowl empty the pack, add salt and wheat flour, mix it well.

Now slowly add milk and knead mixture, not add all milk in one. Mix it slowly by adding milk to make dough with less milk. Now add 1 tsp ghee and knead again.

On palm apply little ghee and make small balls.

Now mix water and sugar along with cardamom and cook till get sticky but flowing syrup on medium flame.

Now side by side fry this ball on medium flame till red- brown color.

Add this fried jamun in hot syrup and after 1/2, once it soak the syrup then it’s ready to serve. Cut the half jamun, it must be juicy in center as well.
