Steps

Heat the pan. Pour oil. Then put popcorn kernels and give a stir.

Cover and keep in low flame. Let it pop-up. Turn off the flame when it's done.

In a separate pan pour water add white sugar and brown sugar. Keep stirring and boil until it turns to a golden brown.

When it thickens turn off the flame. Add butter salt baking soda vanilla extract and stir well.

Then pour this syrup into the Popcorn and mix well.

Split the popcorns if they are sticky.

Caramel popcorn is ready to enjoy.
