A nourishing bowl of salmon soup full of veggies and nutrient rich mozuku seaweed. You can substitute with wakame. A one pot meal.

Ingredients

  1. 100 gSalmon
  2. Handfulcherry tomatoes
  3. Handfulbaby Cai Xim (You can sub with Bok choy)
  4. 3Young ginger slices
  5. Mozuku seaweed
  6. 2dried shiitake mushrooms
  7. Dashi stock

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak dried shiitake mushrooms. Retain the soaked water.

  2. 2

    Add Dashi stock and mushroom Dashi into a pot and bring to a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add in tomatoes to cook till they soften. Then add in mushroomsc green veggies and seaweed. Lastly add in salmon chunks and cook for 5-8 mins. Do not overcook. Enjoy!! We served ours with cabbage rice.
