Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly using a food processor.

Sauté the potatoes over high heat for 10 minutes, then cover and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the cheese into small cubes and add them to the potatoes. Mix well until the cheese melts and is evenly distributed.
