Gajar Gobhi Shalgam Ka Achar

Heat oil in a kadai.Add ginger and garlic paste and saute till pale gold.

Add mustard powder,red chilli powder, garammasala powder and crushed pepper
Saute the spices for a few seconds. - 3
Add jaggery and salt and mix well.

Add vegetables,mix Well and cook for three to four minutes.Take the pan offthe heat and set aside to cool completely.

Stir in the vinegar and mix well.

Store in sterilised bottles.This pickle will keep for one year.
