Ingredients

1 or 2 people
  • 300 gmsPotatoes
  • Pinchhing
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • as requiredOil for frying
  • 1 tspHaldi Powder
  • 1 tspRed chili powder
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all boil the potatoes in the pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    I am keeping them on the plate so that the potatoes will cooldown.

    Now mashed potatoes.

    Now add Red chili powder,haldi Powder, salt,garam masala,hing and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Now make balls from dough.

    For besan batter, take a bowl.

  7. 7

    Add 2 cup besan,haldi Powder,salt and hing.and by adding a little water I will make a slightly thick batter of gram flour.

  8. 8

    Heat a oil on gas and fry all the balls.

  9. 9

    Serve.
