  • Handfuldried prunes, soaked overnight in Armagnac
  • Pintdouble cream
  • Tincondensed milk
  • Small Xmas pud, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspvanilla essance
  • Pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Whip cream, vanilla and condensed milk until peak stage. Finely chop prunes and Xmas pud, then stir into cream mix with a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Freeze overnight. Makes 8-9 ramekin sized ice creams, which are soft scoop due to the alcohol content of the prunes.
