Ingredients

2 cup
  • 2 Cupspapaya pieces
  • 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  • 4 teaspoonsMethi (fenugreek) masala
  • 3 teaspoonsred chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(haldi) turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoonhing (asfotidia)
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 3 tablespoonsoil
  • 1 teaspoonmustard seeds

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a medium papaya Wash and peel it.

    Cut the papaya in small pieces up to 2 cups quantity. Add a lemon 🍋 juice, chilli powder, methi masala, haldar (turmeric) powder, salt and mix well.

    Heat a oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and hing. When mustard seeds crackers switch off gas

  4. 4

    Poor the oil on a papaya pieces and spices mixture. Mixed well. Ready to eat with roti, bread, paratha or rice.

    . Very delicious and tasty pickle enjoy in winter. Stores in fridge one week.
