Papaya pickle
Steps

Take a medium papaya Wash and peel it.

Cut the papaya in small pieces up to 2 cups quantity. Add a lemon 🍋 juice, chilli powder, methi masala, haldar (turmeric) powder, salt and mix well.

Heat a oil in pan and add the mustard seeds and hing. When mustard seeds crackers switch off gas

Poor the oil on a papaya pieces and spices mixture. Mixed well. Ready to eat with roti, bread, paratha or rice.

. Very delicious and tasty pickle enjoy in winter. Stores in fridge one week.
