Prep: Drain the water from the tofu.

In a bowl, mix the ground chicken until sticky. Add the other ingredients and mix.

Heat a pan and cook the mixture from Step 2. Mind that you don't burn it.

Sauce: Grate the radish and yam.

Put the sauce ingredients into a pan and heat. Adjust the flavor with salt and white pepper, then add the katakuriko dissolved in water, and heat until the mixture thickens.
