Hull the strawberries, put in a heatproof bowl, wrap, microwave for 2 minutes, then crush with a fork.

Add the cream cheese and microwave for 20 seconds to melt.

Remove from the microwave, add the honey, sugar, and skimmed milk, combine well and it's done.

It's really tasty on strawberry milk bread. Strawberry-lovers will adore this!
