Easy in a Microwave ! Budget-Friendly Orange Jello

In the summer, I make a new jello different.
Dissolving gelatin in orange juice waters down the taste. Once chilled, it's not as sweet, so add sugar for a delicious dessert. Recipe by Asamato

Steps
- 1
Dissolve the gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water.
- 2
Separate the mandarin oranges from the syrup. Add the syrup to the orange juice to get a total of 300ml.
- 3
Add sugar to the liquid mixture, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2 minutes at 500W.
- 4
Stir in the mandarin oranges and place the bowl in ice water to cool. Once the mixture thickens, the mandarin oranges will float to the top and set.
- 5
Pour into individual serving cups and chill.
- 6
In the top photo, I placed a straw next to the "juice" just for fun.
